Why am I receiving an Access Denied message when my exam launches?
In some instances ProctorFree will open and display "Access Denied" or a similar message on your institutions website when launching your exam. This may be due to enrollment settings, availability settings, required prerequisites, exam attempt settings, or outdated information. In all instances, ProctorFree staff do not administer your institutions exams or have administrative access to review, address, and resolve these types of issues. Please contact our support team immediately through our Live Chat located in the bottom right-hand corner of all ProctorFree webpages. You should make your professor aware immediately as well. We will collect the information below from you and reach out directly to our point of contact at your partner institution to work on resolving the issue. In most cases, issues are resolved within 24 hours.
