Why isn't my Test/Exam listed?
ProctorFree receives course, exam, and enrollment data directly from our Partners through integrated (automated) and unintegrated means. We can not adjust information received (start/end dates, enrollment, etc) without authorization from our primary contact at any Partner Institution. In many instances where outdated information is present preventing an exam from being displayed (end date passed, course enrolment, etc) but an instructor has made arrangements for a make-up or retests, the information must then be pushed to ProctorFree through the Partner's Control Panel by the instructor or emailed to the designated ProctorFree point of contact.
If when utilizing ProctorFree you find that the desired Test/Exam is missing from the available list please immediately contact our support team through the Live Chat located in the bottom right-hand corner of all ProctorFree webpages. We will work with you to record all relevant information (course & exam name, your student information, and partner information) and will then follow-up directly with our primary contact at your Partner Institution to resolve the issue. Many issues are resolved within 24 hours.
