How can I clear my Cookies and Cache?

Within your Firefox Browser:

1. Click on the three horizontal bar in the top right-hand corner.
   
2. Select options/preferences.
   
3. Select privacy on the left side.
   
4. Under history section, set the drop down box says "remember history" and select the blue link that says "clear your recent history".
   
5. Once the box comes up, please make sure drop down box option says "everything" and be sure Cookies and Cache are the only two items checked
   
6. Click clear now and restart your browser.

Within your Internet Explorer Browser:

1. Click on the gear icon in the top right-hand corner
   
1. Select "Internet Options" from the drop-down
   
2. In the new window that opens ensure you're viewing the General tab
   
3. From the General tab of the Internet Options window locate the Browsing History section towards the bottom of the window
   
4. Click the "Delete..." button
5. Ensure all boxes are checked prior to clicking Delete
   
6. Click "Apply" and "Ok" prior to closing the Internet Options window
