To resolve email delivery issues users will want to contact their email or IT administrator. The email or IT administrator will be able to push the emails to the users inbox from the domain level quarantine or may choose to alternatively whitelist the [ *@proctorfree.com ] domain to allow reliable future email delivery as well.
